Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is very central and there are a few fast foods and Sobeys nearby. Bonus, it is pet friendly for a fee. Great central location to stay before you hit up the Cabot Trail.
Nice motel, great staff, neat and clean, fits the bill. Not elegant but does not need to be. Have stayed here a couple times and will be back again. Nice restaurant also, again nothing fancy but great food.
My friends and I had to make an emergancy stop as one of us had to be rushed to the hospital. The attendant at the front desk found us a room, gave us a discount, included extra air mattresses into the price, and even called the hospital for us. The room itself was clean and we had everything we needed. Our friend is okay and we all ended up sleeping like babies all night. Thank you so much to the staff there for making a stressful night into a good situation.
This hotel is very nice. Good location if youre in transit to or from Cape Breton. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant downstairs. Clean rooms. The only thing I didnt like was bed. Too soft for me. I was like drowning in it. Maybe its just me. But overall,its a good place to stay.
We stayed here for one night in July. The staff at the desk were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. WIFI was strong. We didn't use any other of the amenities on site.
